Common questions

How do I sign in? Use the same email and password as the Boundless Portal / my.boundless.life. Forgot it? Reset it at app.boundless.life.

Why are some directories empty? Boundless shows families and parents once your family profile is complete and you're booked on that cohort.

How do I stop the app remembering my login? Account → turn off "Stay signed in", or sign out.

Notifications appear in the Activity tab and on the app badge when you open the app.
